The most wonderful place to be, is in the barn. The lambs and kids are hilarious to watch and feed. Sizzler, the calf, gets fed from behind the fence because his butting can do serious harm. He is bottle-fed because his teeth were cutting his mother to bits. We depend too much on her milk and he gets a bunch of it, anyway. I love Spring although I do miss complete nights of sleep. We have 17 lambs or `goats kidding and lambing out right now, 4 down and 13 to go!
